Shipping Within the USA Only
Heart N Soul Beauty currently ships to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. All products are expertly crafted here in North America.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended, and we will notify you of any delays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Heart N Soul Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
